Colors can have a big impact on us; in the Colorstrology book by Michelle Berndhart and Pantone, each day of the year is represented by a color and the signification is explained. They also include a thematic color each month, which was the inspiration behind this collection.
The idea of building a series during an entire year, each month making one piece of the attributed color, was extremely fun to me. I wanted to see if I could stick to this concept long enough to finish the entire collection and wondered how I would feel after doing so. I’m proud of myself for challenging me to be this consistent and each month I noticed I became better at making them. I was also excited to work on them, like it was a monthly treat.
Each orb is unique, I will not be making them again.

Border contains lead, it is best to always wash your hands after handling your piece. Lead is only dangerous when ingested, so don’t lick it and you’ll be fine 😘
